Airtel — balance deduction again and again

Suddenly i got a
message "Thanks for downloading randeep
sunny from airtel you have been charged Rs 15... balance has been deducted
from my airtel number [protected]
it is nt the first time... every second day i have to call costumer care and ask them to refund... they did jst 2 times for some career counselling scheme that was activated
m an engineering student y wud i need career counselling.
and this tym they dint hear anything..and said i purchased the content frm net
but i never opened that site
i don't call care support for 2-3 rupees deduction that they do daily but 15 rupees 4 times in a week have some value....
please help me out
