[Resolved]  Airtel — balance deduction

i am ashish pandey i am using airtel sim fo last 5 year. airtel always cut my balance whenever i recharge. recently they dedudcted rs 150 from my account without any proper reason. i called to customer care but they didnt repond me. please help me .

Airtel — Cutting Money, Not Receiving Call

I have subscribe for Mobile Office Facility in Aitel, After That, They are neither taking my call on customer care nor replying anything.

They are cutting down my money blindly without no use.

Hell of them.

Hello.my name is ramnarayan pandey.my airtel number is [protected].from 29 augast-08, my balance is being deducted daily.sumtimes 20rs, sumtimes 18rs, 14rs...etc & many more.i hv contactd many times to customer care, but they said k i have been using airtel live instead of net on phone settings.but i don't have airtel live settings in my phone, to how can i use airtel live?
Now airtel has disconnected my customer care lines.i am facing lot of problems using airtel.i have been using the settings provided by airtel.these setting are not made at my home.them how can you deduct my balance.so terrible.
I have been using net almost 14 hours a day.if i will use airtel live then my balance will be cutted around 20/30rs. Per day.bt my balance but around 06 rupees.to there is someting wrong with my number.i have been fed up wid airtel.i have decided to approach consumer court regarding this matter.i have all the proofs against airtel.i know i will win this case.i am giving 48 hours to airtel to return my balance, after that i will go consumer court.you can do whatever you like.i don't care

Airtel — witout my confermation for subscribing bol deducted amount from my balance

My mobile was at home. call came from airtel office to subscribe bol . Even my wife rejected the offer they deducted the amount from my balance. this is the second incidience with me. several such types of complaints are launched but no action is being taken by the concerned authority. Consumer court is the only way to teach the lession to such people.

my balance was sumwhere close to Rs 144 and on checking in the evening my balance was Rs.114.

i tried complaining on the Airtel cutomer care but the executive did not have information about it, and he told me to call after 24 hours.

please note i am not using ANY extra service except for Hello Tunes for which already Rs.200 was deducted from my account.

I want a refund of those Rs.30 !!..its highly annoying.i am really really dissappointed with Airtel and request you to register a complaint from my side, and pls make sure a get a resolution for the same !

Airtel — I am continually losing my prepaid balance

Hi,

This mahender reddy, working in market research company in gurgaon from past 3 months.i have taken airtel prepaid connection 3 months back from that time i am continusely losing prepaid balance.

finally, i gave compiant about this in customer care they are saying, Activate "Don't Distrub service".
i have asked and begged them how should i get my money back they quoted "No way".

So..i decided to teach lesson to them.But i am not getting any idea how to proceed further.
Please help anyone those who going read my message here.
And note that this thing happening not only to me in india..many more..one day you also...

My balance has been deducted three times by Rs.15/- each (Rs. 45/-) . On asking with your customer care service they explained that java game have been downloaded but i did not do so. Thereafter I stopped to recharge the top up. There was balance of Rs. 1.33 but yeterday again they deducted Rs.1.27. Can u explain me Rs. 1.27 deducted for which type of service. I asked this to your customer care but they are unable to explain this & lastly they cut my line. Thereafter I tried & tried but could not get line of customer care. Then I messaged all the happenings which I explained to you above but I did not get any call or message. Lastly I again called to your cutomer care today at about 9.00 AM. They told me that they be able to tell on this on 3rd of Dec, 08 so I have to be without recharge of this number till 3rd of Dec. If you will through my account we will find that i have recharged Rs. 500/- to 600/- in a month. Should I stop your service. plz suggest me.

Airtel prepaid mobile — deducting my balance without any call from my site

Here, I am Dr.amiruddin my prepaid mobile no. [protected] last five days my balance gone nil without any calling from my no. please do confirm reason, if any just by mistaken please do reversal my balance amount and oblige. I wanted to know customercare but no reply, your customer care service is very bed, whenever we try no one pickup phone after that i have to launched complaint against your bed srvices .

I took airtel for internet. It was not working and I reported more than 20 times, spoke to various people at various level. They says sorry. No one to help and we discontinued numbers. Paid all dues etc.

After 2 months I got call for payment and I asked please provide me details of bill I have not received.
They started using bad words and stuff. Call was from [protected]

I called various people, but there was no result. Now ... Can some one help me here ..

i am subscribing service on hindi free mp3 downloads airtel live but have this subscribation date on 27-12-08 i am not interested ur service plz disconected u quit
I have been debited 7 Rs every month for Devotional alert thought message. i have not subscribed any such services from my cell.
I request you to please cancell all such type of serivces from my no. [protected] & no further amount has to be debited my ac without my confirmation sms.

Also i have personally call your customer care 7/8 times but no response i have received for this till date.

Hope to received favourable reply with any hurdels to use your services further.

Airtel — balance deduction for dada sub 10 service

my name is RISHAV RAJ and i am an airtel PREPAID CUTOMER - [protected] (Karnataka).
from past 4 days im receiving this sms - "thank you for using DADA sub 10 service on airtel wap. you've been charged Rs. 10.".
my 30 OR 40 RS. HAS BEEN ALREADY DEDUCTED FROM MY ACC but i have neither subscribed to any such service ever, nor using any such service.
Kindly check out what is wrong and please see to it that i get my deducted balance credited back to my account.

I am totally pissed of with this company Airtel, don't know why every now and then they deduct your money for no reasons and it doesnt matter, how many complaints you lodge at their customer service numbers, these stubborn people are not ready to take any action.

They have themselves activated a WAP service, and its been two months since my money is deducted for it for no reasons. It would be of great help if you could please help me regarding this matter. I just dont want to waste my precious time filing a case against these guys.

Airtel Prepaid — deduction of Rs. 60/- every month

My mobile number is [protected]. I am sorry to state that every month an amount of Rs 30/- towards ringtones, alert subscription service which i have not subscribed for. The sms came from no..64611030 and another Rs. 30/- was deducted towards RT Club. Every month the same thing is happening inspite of the fact that i have complained to your 121 number. which at the fag end the customer care is unattended. If I complain about the above facts, they will say hold it and rest of the day i have no response if i dial again. I have not subscribed to any of the services. Without my knowledge, I have been subscribed, This is to request to not to deduct further amount from me and to return all the money earlier deducted.
