[Resolved]  Airtel — balance deduction

Sir,
I have Done recharge of Rs.295 on 20-04-12 at 11.35am and again of rs.295.00 on 20.04.12 at 13.28pm and on 21-04-12 at 11.49am bt still my balance showed 00.00. I have got the reason of internet surfing bt i m using since many months but such kind of deduction has not happened. I m totally not satisfied with the company's reply.

Kindly help me to get my balance.

AirTel — Deduction

Airtel deducted Rs.99 for a Games Pac for which i have not subscribed. When i called the Customer Care Executive the promised a updated balance will be credited to my main balance after 24 hrs. I have waited for many 24 hrs, still deducted amount not credited for my number. I have mailed Nodal officer and even their appellate authorities and waiting to hear from them. Hoping to get my problem solved soon.

my mobile no-[protected].i complaint against airtel bcoz when i recharge my account automatically cricket alert service activated or sms pack service or chat service activated .at that time i call 198 but not proper answer and balance refund every time but internet service better than other service provider

Airtel — wrong balance deduction(Rs 45/-)

hello sir,myself is Dr. nathu lal mehrda.hello sir,caller tune is activated automatically on my no([protected]) and rs 45/- rupees are deducted from my balance.so refund my deducted balance

today airtel had wrongly deduction balance worth rs 17 rupees.
today 22 rs balance was in my account and after noon 12 pm airtel company had wrong deducted amount 17 rs
and is not activated any kind of service pack.
but they have deduction balance wrong amount 17 rs

airtel is worst of all .its a headache

I am using Airtel number [protected]. Already i have complained that company airtel is deducting my balance and they gave the reason that i am using net on my handset. Then they deactivated GPRS service on my mobile.Now i wanted to use it. I am using Blackberry 8520 handset and it needs another settings for GPRS than other mobiles. I called on airtel customer care so many times to tell me the procedure how to run GPRS on this mobile. I am surprised none of their executive and even their seniors do not know how to run GPRS on it. Someone says call on number [protected] which remains 24 hours switched off, someone says call on 7070, other says call on 198 and if i call on 198, they say call on 121. I talked to their senior and he asked me to hold the line and then call disconnected ( i do not know whether call got disconnected or he disconnected). I also said if you do not know the procedure then deactivate this service for which i requested on 121.

Airtel — balance deduction due to airtel unrequested service activation

i am air tel customer,
having cell phone No. [protected],since from Feb. 2012 every day my balance get deducted by Rs.2 Every day,
i come to know that thing at Month of May, i ask to customer care he told one service is activated for your mobile ,and after some investigation it was
found that the service was activated by air tel boy own without my request or permission ,
i told them for refund my balance complete,they initially committed to give all balance refund ,
but after that they have given me just Rs30 balance refund,
please do something for air tel misbehavior to every customer?

Airtel Mobile — regarding different subscription of services

my mobile no [protected] of airtel connection and problem is that the different services automatically get activated and daily 2 rs for different services get reduced from my balance and that services i am not able to get it deactivated by sending several messages to the concern services. Hence please get deactivated all the services which is paid and automaticcally get activated and restore my balance immediately.

Airtel Prepaid — deducting balance even my no is in dnd

Sir my phone number is in dnd so it's obvious that i can't receive promotional call but the air-tel service provider deducting balancing by subscribing unwanted services on my number even i know this when check my balance & my balance is deducted on daily basis .if i call to talk the customer care executive they don't pickup phone . my phone no is [protected]

I am Airtel prepaid mobile subscriber with a number [protected]. I had recharge Rs. 150/- last week from that time they are deducting every day approx Rs. 2.70/- and customer care dose not response about the same what will I do. In my above number have activate DO NOT DISTURB service but after all this they are deducting. It is not a time I am suffering this many time. Please do suitable step in this regard

My Airtel Mobile No. [protected] have been charged Rs5 per day for no service activated on my No. . Regarding this i contact customer care service many times but the customer care service failed to solve my problem.

AirTel — balance deducted without downloading

my balance of 53 rupees (50+3) deducted for downloading java game and subscribing cricket club.
i have nothing do with mobile.
customer care dont want to talk.

Me ek Airtel sim use karta hun. Uska no. hai-[protected]. me usme internet pack Rs-16 recharge kiya tha. us me 3 days ka validity tha. me net access karta tha. wo mere Rs-14.33 main balance se deduction kar diye. Jab me customer care se pucha to wo bole ki tum jab net access karte the tab tumahara net balance khatam ho chuka tha. lekin mera sir 13 mb baki tha. To jab net balance khatam ho gaya mujhe kuch pata nahi chala. wo kuch message nahi karte hai ki tumahara net pack khatam ho gaya, us ke baad tumahara main account se balance katega. jesehi ek message aya ki tumahara main balance kat raha hai me immideately net disconnect kar diya.To jab me customer care se pucha wo bole ki wo tumahara galti hai, me bola ki agar mera galti hai to app adha balance refund karo to wo bole ki abhi kuch nahi kiya jayega. Sir me bar bar customer care se bola ki mere balance refund karo wo nahi sune. Me bola ki me complain karunga wo bole ki tumko jo karna hai karo.. To me bola ki me consumer complain karunga, to wo bole appko jo karna hai kariye..........

Airtel — rs 60 deducted for internet without my consent

Pls reverse my Rs 60 of internet plan deducted on 30.5.12.mr. navdeep their customer care
Officer ignored my call and disconnect without giving resolution toady at 7.14.

cutting of bal of 50 rs — no answering of phone from customer care

my balance has been deducted
firstly on Friday of 12 rs
n then on Sunday of 24 rs.....
can u tell me why i have lost my balance n above all this customer care representative are not answering my calls....
can u mail me as quickly as possible...????

AirTel — Deduction of service charges

GPRS is deactivated and I am on roaming mode and after every half an hour 50p is deducted as service charges without using mobile or any services or application since 6AM in the morning till time . And substantial amount as so far been deducted from my account .
