[Resolved]  Airtel — balance deduction

i am ashish pandey i am using airtel sim fo last 5 year. airtel always cut my balance whenever i recharge. recently they dedudcted rs 150 from my account without any proper reason. i called to customer care but they didnt repond me. please help me .

I mohit my phone no-[protected] I was 100 Rs. after one day I checked my bal is 85 again after one day I check my bal is 72 then I call to customer care they told the bal is deducted due to internet 3G usage Itold to him that my phone is not android it is a simple phone then he transfer my call to senior Mr. Vishal Chauhan ID-609841 he speak with me in bad manner and he told my bal is deducted 27 Rs together but my bal deducted in spinning manner and my phone is not working on 3G service. my balance deduction is wrong so please take immediate action.
Dear Airtel,
I have activate 25mb - 5 rs. for 1 days. after using deduct 39 rs. within 2 minutes.
Refund the deduct amount as soon as possible...

In my mobile i have net pack but in airtel company had deducted my balance rs:-80 and my mobile number [protected].

In last year 2014 I had balance deduction, I asked customer care but they informed the balance will not come back, said something was activated.. I requested to deactivate and refund, I was in rush to office so I forgot and did not call again for refund as they refused.
Today morning I was chatting in whatsapp and there was a balance of 64.48 suddenly I got a message saying

IMMEDIATELY I contacted airtel customer care and asked who activated, they replied that that was me who activated it, I said I did not activate, am not a uneducated to click any thing that which in turn effects my balance unnecessarily.
I asked to deactivate and they did and sent me message

MOBILETV_ALL CHANNELS PER MONTH has been deactivated on your airtel mobile.Thanks for using the service.For more services, call 56789 or click http://56789.airtel.in .

They did and refused to refund
They were refusing to take complaint also
I request you team to take this as complaint and I request my money back Rs. 60 to my mobile number

i got my mobile no recharged with two packs of 41 each ...i had approx 90 rs. in my a/c 41 was deducted due to recharge of whatsapp pack ..airtel co deducted balanced amount unnecessarily..after that again i got recharge of rs. 100 same issues happened 2nd time and it left my a/c with rs, 6 balance...i called your customer care executive but they did not listen my problem and gave me lame excuses that i had surfed something thats why my balance is getting deducted but i did not do anything whenever i do open whatsapp my balance got deducted..and it shows 200 whatsapp packs are activated are on my no, and each has 200 mb but it does not consume that memory and deduct balance from my a/c...such a cheap service by airtel...your executives don, t have sense how to deal your customers...my number is [protected]..so now refund my deducted balance otherwise port my number to idea

My name is Nived S R. My Airtel mobile no is [protected]. I am tremendous worried and disgusted on airtel. Suddenly I have been notified via sms on 28th jan, 2015 at 7:37pm that “LAILA has been activated” on my mobile and 35/- rupees has been deducted for 7 days. I never want it. I was using Internet on my Airtel pre-paid No. [protected] on 12.02.2015. There was almost 17 MB balance in my account. But when I was downloading some files almost Rs. 200/- was deducted from my balance.on contacted to customers care service of airtel on 121 (reference No. RCRCB[protected]), they said that our customers care officer will contact you within 4 Hours but no body contacted to me till date.

i had submitted earlier complain on 12.02.2015 on Grahak Seva and in reply to complain they said that they will connect with me as early as possible but no body contacted.
These service providers totally sucks, they didn't value our money.
i was downloading a song and clicked on some sought of rubbish link and they straight away deducted Rs.150 from my main balance, i got the message that airtel live tv service has been activated on your device, i was in shocked state, i call the executive asked for the refund and to deactivate the service he said we will deactivate the service but will not be able to refund your amount.
so they deactivated the service but didn't returned my money...
i got the message at 5pm on 24th feb 2015 and i called the executive at 5:05 pm on 24rd feb 2015 itself...can anybody help me on this...please

Sir This is my number..Yesterday (25/02/2015)by 10.27p.m I mistakenly switched on my network data.as soon as I noticed it, i put it off with in 20secs.. i didn't even opened any web sites or used any messenger apps..as soon as I switched off the data I got a popup message saying my main balance is 0rs..
Previously I had rs 31 on my main account..
They deducted my amt quickly without any reason..as I got that msg I called your customers service number exactly at 10.29p.m and filed a complaint and asked for refund..but your junior and senior officers keep on saying that I used data for long time that's why we deducted amount from your account and so..I asked to check the time they deducted the amount ..for that they checked and telling me by 10.27 p.m and for using about 7.8mb data..
Within 20 secs how it s possible for this much data to be transferred when not even i browsed any sites or used any messenger apps..simultaneously i sent an sms to 121 for knowing last 5transactions ..I got a message following

1. Data, 7839.98 KB-Rs. 31.36,[protected]:27
2. Voice, [protected]-Rs. 0.20,[protected]:50
3. SMS, [protected]-Rs. 1.00,[protected]:49

Sir how it is possible to use this much data when only the network alone turned on for just 20secs..
sir I don't want explanation for data transactions ..I want my money back..Very worst reply and service from airtel..

Sir today Airtel did a robbery of 180 rupees and showed my 160 mb balance as zero ... I complained to customers care..they were saying that my net balance n was zero so deducted ..but i had 160 Mb which vanished in no time along with 180 rupees!!! Can u imagin kind of robbery Airtel s doing. Respect sir please stricter action against Airtel

Airtel deducted my balance through they say i activated some prank net offer. Why should i activate this offer if i have already net balance..th offer they activated is 35 MB for 8 rs.the monry is small, for for me its hard earned money.and i demand refund of it. I already called the coustomer care, nd they say im the one activated this offer, i told them y should i activate this offer if hav one already. They refused refunding.so im failing a complaint here. I need my money back.

Rs 66 (aprox)have been deducted from my prepaid mobile saying that I have downloaded some games.or use extra MB but after deducted my balance my data have 6MB.

Contacting customer care, they say it will be not refunded
