i am ashish pandey i am using airtel sim fo last 5 year. airtel always cut my balance whenever i recharge. recently they dedudcted rs 150 from my account without any proper reason. i called to customer care but they didnt repond me. please help me .

Rs 66 (aprox)have been deducted from my prepaid mobile saying that I have downloaded some games.or use extra MB but after deducted my balance my data have 6MB. Contacting customer care, they say it will be not refunded...
An amount of 39 Rs deducted from main Balance along with data balance of 150Mb 3G data, when contacted to call center for help 2 of executives responded very badly and cut the call talking mannerlesly. Please train ur executives how to respond and refund my balance amount and data.
I got a balance Deduction of rs. 96 in the night of 22 March 2015.
I called up to the customer service number of 198 helpline of airtel
I had an conversation with an executive. To which he said that you have had an auto renewable of 96 tarrif (A-A calls @ p/min).
The same pack I had recharged from a recharge outlet in 18 - March -2015.
Is it possible to have two same packs at a time?
I didn't got any confirmation on this deduction in the night or the next day until 7:10pm. (23 March 2015)

Background- got an internet rechage done at your site for 199 buck and received a 2 G recharge for 30 days. Suddenly yesterday I receive a message that 199 rs has been deducted and a 1.25 GB had been done without any authorization on my end.

A customer care executive named Akanksha Gupta, handling balance related and internet related claims, was really rude and very unpleasant to talk to.I I don't know how your company recruits such people. A balance deduction query was unresolved and she refused to transfer my call to her superior officer since she could not address the complaint.highly disappointed on receiving such a service from Airtel.
Not resolving a customer request and genuine complaint is one disappointing experience but having a rude customer executive is entirely disgusting.
My balance of 180/rupyees was deducted. When I tried calling no one is responding properly. Don't make excuse that I have used net because I still have the balance of 60mb of 3g plan. Please refund my amount .

Sudden a message showing into my mobile on 2nd June 2015 at 17:21 that "ENTERTAINMENT ALERTS service has been activated @ Rs. 30.00 for 30 days. Txn ID N[protected]. Service will be renewed after validity expiry." That was happen without my permission. So, please returned my balance otherwise I shall be compelled to disconnection and also I hope that in future there will be no any deduct from my balance for any circumstances.

I make a recharge on 7/6/2015 of 95 for 1GB data plan in 2G, 28 days as i hv received message. But after some time main balance start to deduct. Again i hv recharge 43 for 200mg data on 15/6/2015. But my main balance is deducting on daily basis.
I contact to customer care today 2 times but no solution. They told me that we are connecting your call to senior and after long time cut the call
I'm using airtel prepaid. I did a recharge for 3g 103rs and I got a 3g data of 300mb. When I use the internet from the data which I had, same time airtel is deducting from my main balance and making the amount zero. This happened with me many times and specifically happened with me continuously on 15th June'15, 16th June'15 and 17th June'15. Airtel people having rights to deduct from my main balance only when I finish my data. But here in my case they continuously deducting from my main balance even if I have a date. If I call to the customer care nobody is responding to my query. One of the executive said, they can't refund full, if I want they can refund Rs.24. They deducted my money like anything from me without my fault and saying that they can't refund my money. I request you to help me on this to avoid this kind of cheating. See my attached screenshot. Still I have a balance. only reason I use the internet because I have the data showing when I check it or else I would have recharged and use it.

(Earlier submission I read that airtel people notified me on this but no has notified me)

I think Airtel is doing cheating with their customers, as I am a retailer, all customers are saying like this " when I switch the data for only minute itself but they deducted minimum of 10-18 mb for that timing, but I won't use more like that, I just saw my WhatsApp only" like wise my customers said...

I have applied for the portability for moving my service provider since 10days. Even after 10days, airtel people are not allowing my prepaid connection to be ported without telling proper reasons. Pl arrange for early portability.
