i am ashish pandey i am using airtel sim fo last 5 year. airtel always cut my balance whenever i recharge. recently they dedudcted rs 150 from my account without any proper reason. i called to customer care but they didnt repond me. please help me .

This is uday my mobile no. [protected] i had not used airtel wap service though message come from 64611010 that 10 rs are deducting daily pls kindly i request to u deactivate this airtel wap service which i never using this airtel wap services
Dear sir,

We have not subscribed for any extra services in our Airtel mobile no. [protected], however different charges ranging from Rs 10 to 50 are being deducted. We request for removal of all our extra services from our mobile from immediate effect. Further the customer care of Airtel is the most most worst service provider, we have tried to reach customer care 20 -30 times for enquiring about various charges being debited, but failed to reach the customer care executive.
This type of service is sheer harrasement for the customers. The matter may please be taken with airtel officials

Airtel Prepaid Connection — Balance deduction without talking

Dear sir / madam,

Last 15days onwards, when i connect a call without talking balance are deducted. I facing this problem lot of time with many nos. Please take some action.
i have been activeted gprs(aon) service but i cant used this service because i did not get mobile setting for this service. i have been call for setting but i cant get that i have been lost my money before for this service pl do need full for this.

Airtel — Refund my Balance deducted Rs. 15

Hi Sir,

I am Bhanudas Kashinath Deshmukh. I am currently using Airtel SIM card. My mobile number is [protected]. Today morning (4-July-2009) my balances is reduced by Rs. 5 and I got SMS on my mobile "Thank you for subscribing to cricket match day pack", but I had not send any SMS to airtel to subscribe such thing or I had not told to subscribe this services. After that, I had given complaint in the Airtel customer care and told about this thing. They told me, you would get your money back after some time. I got my Rs. 5 back.

After some time, again they deduct my Rs 15 from my mobile balances. Send one more SMS “Missed call alerts plus is now active on your mobile”, this services is also not subscribed me.

Please return extra deducted Rs. 15 from my mobile balances. I hope, you will return my extra deducted mobile balances with in 24 hrs.

Currently, I don’t want any extra services from you. Please do not send any SMS or phone call related to the services subscription from now onward.

Airtel Mobile — Always deduct amount from my account without anyreason and without any prior notice

My name is Sunil Patil I am using Airtel prepaid service from near about 6 months. they are not able to provide a good service from the begining. for that I had made complaints lots of time. so many times they have wrongly deducted my balance from my account with out any reason. when i called them then they simply said your account information not yet updated please wait for some time. when i requested to executive to talk theirs senior person then after i can get it. but when i talk to senior person like Swapnil such manner less not give any value to costumer, not in state of mind to hear problem of costumer always speak rudely to costumers. i have speak him lots of time. even when i spoke to him that time he seems not like any senior person but seems like any untrained costumer executive. they always take my complaint but not yet able to solve this from the beginning. when they refund my some amount then after two three days they again deduct that. i dont know why they behave like this. when i complaint about that they told me after 24 to 48 hour we will solve this, but when they deduct my amount that time they havent give me such prior notice like we will going to deduct some from your account after some hour then why they told me like this. and main think that after that they simply disconnect my number from costumer care service. that i was totally unable to contact them.
so please help me to solve this problem please

on day of 30july i have got a massage that "Thank you for subscribing to airtel friendz chat. you have been charged rs. 10/- for 10 days. but here i donot activate any services. this time my a/c balance was very low :(Rs.0.19).after this service activating my a/c balance :Rs. (-)9.79.
here my quiestion to airtel . that where i donot activate any friendz chat service or any other, so why i give its, charges.

I also complain to airtel same day. my complain no is :[protected] by Ujjal sadhuka on dated :[protected] .Mr. sadhukha says that you will be know against this deduction by sms on or before 04th august. but today 5th august. i donot reseived any sms or call from customer service..

I have been getting this problem for quite a while now. Whenever the balance is above 50 Rs There happens to be a sudden deduction in values of 15/- or 30/- for a WAP downloads which i haven't done. The worst part about it is the customer care service which is really pathetic as there appears to be no way to reach a call center to verify these details.

Please look into this matter

Airtel Mobile — Harrasment by Airtel Mobile Company

I am having airtel number [protected] which i want to permanently disconnect. i called them regarding the dues which was approximately 7000Rs. I paid total amount via cheque and they told me that after clearing the dues, the number will be permanently disconnected and we will be receiving a confirmation letter from airtel company regarding disconnection of this number. But they didn't disconnect the number and due to that bill was getting generated. We called airtel company and call center regarding disconnection of this number but rather than disconnecting, they continue to harass us for almost 2-3 months... Right now, one of the employee called us and told us to paid 1000rs so that they can finally disconnect this number. They are continuously harassing. please help us as we don't want to pay furthur and we permanantly want to close this number.

i got call from airtel agent he ask sir you are using this servises...but i am ask one thing sir i am not using this type of servise because i am not fool that airtel gives me gprs in 20 rs perday unlimited and i am using 196.2..then he ask me ok sir i will call you after detail checking..he gives me approx time 3 o clock.


at 3:20 no any call from airtel so i am calling in cust care thrue my other no because they block my custcare at my big problem time.i ask the agent or superviser that the my problem was not solve...they ask your problem was solved here as soon as possible.

i got call from airtel .agent ask me sir i can't give you full balence refund but in "settlement" company gives you 100 rs refund.and i can't understand that why the settlement.which service was not used by me then why the charge me so high?? so now i don't get the other 187rs.

then one more time agent call me from airtel i asked him all the things then he ask me sir i will call you letter

now my problem was not solved till 28 aug 2009.

AirTel — deduction of undo changes from past fifteen days.

This is to bring to your notice that from past fifteen days , some services are being activated on my cell no. [protected]. Even after complaining regularly , i am not gettin satisfactory response. I had already wasted a lot amount of time . Last complaint by me was submitted on 27 Aug. but i could not get response till then i am constantly reminding them but no one to listen . i feel i have to go for CONSUMER FORUM for this matter now. or i have to surrender the connection.

from last month to this month i have got 60rs deduct from my prepaid phone i have complain 4 to 5 times to customer executive but customer executive did not provide proper guidance to me and some of your executive could not listen what was my complaint so can i get refund of 60rs whatever details you want i am ready to provide you so please take action for my complaint
