i am ashish pandey i am using airtel sim fo last 5 year. airtel always cut my balance whenever i recharge. recently they dedudcted rs 150 from my account without any proper reason. i called to customer care but they didnt repond me. please help me .

AirTel — balance deducted from the account automatically

Airtel has started cheating customers. On 19th dec09, i recieved an sms that hellotune has been activated on ur account an 20rs has been deducated from my account. I called the customer care they said that they have activated on my request. i was so annoyed as i havn't made any request and now when i call to customer care they hung up the phone. Airtel is cheating and has a bad service.... i ll strongly recommend everyone not to use its service

AirTel — 100 Rs. Deduction from my account

I had activated mobile office service for 20 Rs for unlimited internet usage and i received a message regarding the activation of the service that your service has been activated. But after browsing 100 Rs. was deducted from my account. when i called the customer care for two days they were saying that the amount will be credited to my account. But when i called on third day they says that 20 Rs. will be credited as i was not eligible for that pack. Next day i also received a message regarding deactivation of the service. Now what should be my next action.

Airtel — Any time deduct money from my mobile balance

Sir my name is PK Soni and my no. Is [protected]. I faced the problem, 30 Rs deducted in my balance of 24 dec 09. I called to customer care , c/c told me a new subscription activated on your number and i can't any help, he replied me this is not my fault,this is your problem and u may go anywhere. So i requested to take strict action against company for this type 420's and return back my money in my balance.

its 100% true that airtel always deduct balance without any use and the service is too bad of the customer care executives as they dont have any technical knowledge and giving wrong information

AirTel — Balance deducted for the service not used

I am using [protected] on which i Had subscribed Mobile office which enables netconnection on rental of 20Rs per day ie 24 hrs. After using the service I had followed the process to deactivate the service by sending SMS. On further I got an reply stating that your "service has been deactivated" this service was used on 2nd of Jan 2010. When I saw today my balance suddenly reduce with 80 Rs for which I had complained to the customer care with another No. as the customer service through my number was deactivated. On so the customer care executive said that the company had not received any such massage for deactivation. If I got the revert for the company itself then who its possible that the company got no such message. On my such complaint the call was disconnected and they denyed to return the balance deducted.Snap shot of the message has been attached for your refrence.Require your help to get the Justice

AirTel — wrong deduction as per tariff

I have activeted night tarriff on my airtel number but since 15 days past now, that tariff isnt working till i havd launch a complain at customer care but still i have got no response.
They people only giving dates when the due date for sorting out complaint was came then they said " aaj se kaam karega" but still same problem arising.

Please look after the matter

Airtel Mobile — Bills charged and money deducted even after closure of no

Dear Sir
This is ref to my earlier Airtel no [protected] in MUmbai circle. I approached airtel outlet to close this no on 13th nov 2008. Airtel representative accepted my application and gave me ref no 9747648.I was told the final confirmation call will come in 48 hours which did not come. What come was the letter dated 20th dec 2008 signed by Mr Amit Despande quoting some ref no that the subject no has been retained as per my wish which was completely false. I wrote a mail to customer.[protected]@airtel.in the email id mentioned in the letter to Mr amit deshpande on 23rd dec 08 for which no reply came. In fact for one month bill did not come . Then from jan 09 onwards bill again started coming and money started getting debited from my credit card.I tried to reach every other person but issue got unresolved.
On 14/04/09 i wrote to Nodalofficer.[protected]@airtel.in who acknowledged the complaint but did not act on the issue.

Please let me know how to get my debited money back and close the issue as i approached this formu after reading many customers issue being resolved.

It's horrible! no one is there to take care of the customer,no one is responsible in this big service company,is there no any big officer appointed to check the complaints? can't he check the feedback/ complaints.Are you serious?
Continuosly 4th time you deduct the amount from my account,for no reason.I have not asked for any sms or any ather service how can you start any sevice which i have not asked without my permission.On my private mobile number,who are you to do that? is it your monopoly,you think?.you put rs.15/- back in my account on 22/01/10 saying that this will not happen again and what is this, next morning again you deduct rs.10/- i think it is for a sms service which i have not asked somethink 'kollywood sirens',i don't understand you till. 4 times. I said if anything wrong from us tell us,can't you stop these non-asked services,can't you keep your customer haapy and confident for your service.for this reason my nephew stopped airtel service and changed to another,and now advised me to do so.2nd time i am saying that pl.return my sim card amount,if you can't handle the case.Again you will put the money , then you will deduct the money next day,good.within 15 days may be you will find that i stopped this service.

Airtel — Constant deduction of money without any intimation

This is with regards to the deduction of money from our balance without any activation and intimation from the service provider Airtel. Our no is +91 [protected]. The no is in the mane of my father Mr Jehanbux R. Guard. Since they are old and needs to be taken care I have given them the phone to be in touch.
When calling in the customer service asking for details the CS agent speaks very rudely and doesn't provide details. When told to them we will complaint in consumer forum they say ok we will see in the matter.. Latest call spoke to agent Krupali at 11.50 am on 7th Feb 10. Request you to please assist us as this is the 4th or 5th time that we are getting harrased. Awaiting for the reply on this.

Airtel — wrong balance deduction in pay per second plan

Iam airtel kerala pay per second customer.iam using a nokia 3500c handset. my call tariff is 1p/sec for any local and std numbers in india. but when i make a 48 sec call airtel charge me 49 paisa. in my phone call duration is 48 sec. when i called up customer care they said this issue cannot occur. in other network they charge us as shown in phone
airtel suckers, activated talkies pack services on my cell [[protected]] without my permission..... and now they are not refunding the amount they deducted... money sucker airtel...

yesterday somewhat abt Rs 325 were deducted from my cell, when i called customer care they told me that the balance is deducted due to tech. prob. and the bal will be refunded to u in next 24hrs. next day i got refunded with abt Rs.275 and on asking again customer care abt the remaining bal deduction , they told me that u have activated some talkies servies against that charges for monthly subscribsition has been deducted... but i have never activated such service. u r sucker u sucked my balance for no reason... i curse ur company may soon vanish from the market u mother [censored] rascals fools... get lost.....

Airtel — network not available in Ahmednagar city

In Ahmednagar city , the airtel network is not working from 16 Feb 2010. There is no response from Airtel office and or branch.

Airtel Delhi — Deduction of Balance

Airtel Delhi deducted 98 Rs. from my talk time balance and automatically activated the Unlimited Internet Plan service on my number. I followed up with the Airtel Customer Care service as well as the GPRS Helpdesk but nothing helped. Each time I spoke to a Customer Care Executive different pieces of information were provided to me.

I would request you to please take the necessary action and get me my money refunded.

I also have all the call records in my phone which I can present to you as and when required.

Airtel — Refund of Rs.180.

On 14th of February 2009 i recharged my cell phone (number [protected]) with RC80 which claims to give me unlimited numbers of sms, free of cost for 30days. On 16th i realized that my sms' were being charged Re.1.00 as per normal tarrif. I called up the customer care and they informed me that the issue would be resolver by 5:00pm of 17th. It was done so on 17th. But again after an hour I faced the same problem sms' being charged at normal tarrif. Again i complained and i was told that my issue would be resolved by 22nd .On not being so i called up the customer care on 22nd and the executive told me that this issue couldn't be resolved and therefore my account balance would be refunded with Rs.100 which was charged for sending Smses and Rs.80 (the cost of the recharge) by 23rd 6:00pm. This amount (Rs.180) has not yet been refunded into my account balance and am not able to call up the customer care from my number.. Today that is on 27th I called up the customer care form my friend's number. The executive said to hold on the line while the call is being transfered to a senior executive , but the line got disconnected after i was kept on hold for 15minutes. Again I called up and same thing occurred. Yet I called again and this time the line was disconnect while i was explaining what has happened. And finally I tried again when the call was transfered to the senior executive but the senior executive said that he cant hear my voice( but i could make out by the way he was speaking that he was pretending not to hear my voice). After which when i tried again, I couldnt connect to the customer care (it was the same thing that happened in my number when i repeatedly called up the customer care).

This is in plain language "a robbery of hard earned money". I would be grateful if you to look into this matter.

Airtel India — Deduct Balance.

I am an airtel subscriber, my prepaid connection no [protected], at present I M USING on this number in Kuwait country. This morning (Dt. 28 Feb. 2010), I Have received last SMS at 10:10 A.M.(according to Indian time), before that I was received S.M.S. on 27th Feb. 2010 at Night 8:12 P.M.(according to Indian time).Between these two S.M.S. and after the last S.M.S. I am not making any Call or neither received any calls. However, without any reason AIRTEL deduct 100Rs. from my balance.

2nd time I am facing this same problem. Before that on 14th February 2010 my mobile balance are Rs 136 & few paysa, that time also ur com. Make my balance NIL,without any valid reason, I had ignore this thing at that time & recharged my balance with 106.79 on[protected].

Please check your fault and give me my Balance as soon as possible.

Last month the company has deducted Rs 60 from my balance & after filing complaints there is no response on that.

when my mobile no. is not used for last 5 months then how it can be deduct the amount saying some services is activated by me.
