[Resolved] Airtel — Reactivation of SIM-Airtel | |||
Dear Sir, I was using SIM ([protected]) since 4 years and was paying all charge whatever is necessary to avail the Mobile service. Even the Complainant recharged this Prepaid SIM with Life-time recharge card(Rs. 999) as I am really impressed as well as robustly in favor of the Airtel Company. Than after I moved to Rourkela(Orissa) for livelihood and I purchased a new sim for Rourkela but I was using Balurghat’s(West Bengal) Airtel connection (SIM). I have charged many times from the amount of roaming on the SIM which can be checked from respondent’s record. Than after I moved to Balurghat(West Bengal) and I entered the SIM on mobile for its use, the SIM was out of order. I made request to “Customer Care” of the Airtel, thereafter the complainant came to know that that SIM has been expired and blocked by the Company. I again made request to “Customer Care” to activate that SIM again as that has Life Time Validity but they refused to do so. So I want that Mobile Number again.
