[Resolved] Airtel — Activation of Airtel live without seeking permission | |||
Hello, My name is Niranjan and i own a Airtel Connection in the name of Avyaya Multimedia for close to 8 years now. I have normally been getting an average monthly bill of Rs. 900-1100 all these years. About 2 months back, out of the blues, i get a bill of Rs. 4000 odd. When i asked why, i was told that it's because Airtel Live has been activated on my phone and the usage of the same is the basic reason for such a huge pile up. I would like to clarify 2 things: a. I had never asked them to activate Airtel live b. They had never sought permission from me to activate the same In spite of this, they have gone ahead and activated the same and have also billed me for the same. When i refused to pay, my connection got suspended. I would like to register this complaint against Airtel on this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
