[Resolved] Airtel — audio problem in HD | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchased an Airtel DTH set top box HD from airtel coustomer care helpline directly on 24th Sep 2011. the payment was collected immediately but the product delivery and installation was done only after 5 days i.e on 29th Sep 2011 that too after lot of followup. On enquring about the product from them they had confirmed that there will be HD picture quality and sound where as once the system was installed i noticed that in HD channels sound output is very poor and they same cannot be increased, on callingthe coustomer helpline i was told that there is a problem in hd channels for sound output and the same cannot be reparied or corrected. my plea is that by false advertising they have sold the product to us and i want to return the product as they cannot support the service also they donot have any email where i can lodge my complaint in writing where as the helpline number peope are not registring the complaint. pleasse help me.
