I am staying in Karnataka, Bangalore and i am afraid whether this issue which seems to be quite small, wont get enlarged.. It seems like there is no exception for decent people too, for undergoing things like these...

At first, I have approached my nearby airtel office customer care, to enquire about the person who owns this this, address and other details. They refused to inform the details and told the only solution is to lodge a police complaint else to try to contact airtel customer care, so that i can get the details. But when I contacted the customer care, they too refused to inform. I am sorry, this is not done. Seems like you people are inefficient to handle things like these, or might be ease with these.
I dont need any apology letter or that word from your side. Kindly find out the details of that unknown no, else solve this problem by introducing any other new option, so that women like us can be safe.

I am airtel user from nagpur and i received a missed calls every day from unknown number 20-30 times in day and in night also and i think that number is not from india, that number is [protected].. please block this number n fed up.. I'll be grateful to you..
kindly help me as early as possible.
