[Resolved]  Airtel Billing — wrong billing

Dear Sir,
This is to inforn your office that we have four airtel numbers and we have complaints as follows:

[protected] which belongs to my father who is 87 years old, he does not use SMS atall, yet he gets bill for SMS, no other uses his phone . Please ammend the bill hence forth and adjust the balance in the next months bill. Please delit the VALUE PLAN fixed Charges.

There is one more number[protected], this number has music which we do not desire to have as every month Rs30/ is being charged .We had phoned several times to remove this music, which in the initial stage was free, after one month it is being additionally charged.

Please note the points about these numbers. and acknowledge the same.

mera naam spgiri hai aur mein Ministry of Commerce mein naukri karta hun. mein airtel ka lagbhag 5 year sey regular customer hun aur mujhey abhee tak ko airtel sey koi sikayat nahi hai par phichle 3 mahiney sey mujhey ek bahut badi problem aa rahi hai jiske complaint karney key baad bhee uska samadhan nahi hua. mein pheer apko mail esliye kar raha hun ke pichley 3 mahiney sey ek no [protected] es no ka mujhsey ya merey parivar key kisi bhee sadashya sey koi lena dena nahi hai aur na he ye no rakhney wala hamey janta hai aur na hun esey jantey parntu lagatar es no sey phone honey ka bill aa raha hai jab kee hum es no par kabhee bhee call nahi kartey hai. ye ek dum anjan hai, parntu pheer bhee bill lagatar es no sey call karney ka aa raha hai eskey barey mein mein customer care no 121 par kai baar complaint kara chuka hun aur request kar chuka hun ke pls es matter ko thoda seriously lekar investigate karey tatha iska solution mujhey bataye par 3 mahiney ke baad bhee vo he problem hai . esesey aapki company ka naam kharab hota hai aur es trah ke customer difficultry aapki market bhee down karti hai. so please pleas mein aapsey vinti karta hun aur request karta hun me pls es samsya ka samadhan bataye mein kya karun.

Aapko connnection of Airtel — wrong billing

Hi,

I have taken 999/- sceme from one of representative of Aapko .

His name is Mr. Gupta mobile # [protected], he convinced me for this scheme of Airtel by saying that, you will be only charged for the call charges for next six months. And I have paid while purchasing the card Rs. 999/- to Airtel.

From the 1st bill, I am contacting the customer care of airtel and Mr. Gupta about the wrong charges in the bill. I was telling them, please rectify the bill as for 6 months there should not be monthly rental charges . But no proper action taken from them. I used the card up to December 02, 08 and after that, they have stop my outgoing calls. i.e. means the service of free rental for 6 months, i have not used.

Now I am asking them to rectify the bills and I am ready to pay call charges for months I have used.
Also as my service is stop in between, and I have paid Rs. 999/- for rental charges for 6 months in advance. so adjust my call charges total bill by 2 months not utilised service .

No one is accepting their mistake and just says, we will check and come back.

But no one come with satified answer.
See I am ready to pay my call charges but against proper bill.
Give me proper bill for only call charges and after adjusted unutilised service for 2 months which come to Rs. 199*2 =398/-

Now I have received one letter for payment of Rs. 1545/- which is wrong billing.
In letter they ask me to talk with given contact number for clarification.
I had detail talk with Mr. Virendra Singh Mobile #[protected] on 16th January, 09.
He agreed with details and replied that, he will check and call back. But---- no feedback since that.

Please advice, what to do. I am ready to pay, but---- aganist correct bill.

Please give me the correct bill with adjustment.
Hoping for your reply at least. I am fed up with all this. I just wanted to come out of this.
please resolve my matter as early as possible.
Airtel customer care persons agreeing their mistakes on generated of wrong billed amount, they said we did wrong deactivation & actvation on VAS.

But still they does not waiver on my bill.

Very very worst service i saw in my life, i doesnt know to whom should i have to contact directly regarding this issue.

Ministry of comm. & IT — Wrong billing

I Ram Sanehi am Vodfone customer (Mobl. no. [protected]). Earlier it was a prepaid no. now converted into postpaid in 3rd week of May 2009. I opted for postpaid Talk-175 plan and GPRS, RS. 899/- per month UNLIMITED usage plan. I am facing a lot of inconvenience and not getting full benefit of plans. There are following main issues which I taken to Vodafone customer care but did not get any proper solution and I was forced to pay as per there wish in advance as my services were deactiated till payment in advance while it is a postpaid plan.

1. Vodafone asked for Rs. 250/- security deposit in advance, at the time of conversion to postpaid, which
I paid.
2. Vodafone alloted me a credit limit of Rs. 2400/- even then Vodafone deactivated my no. after 15 days
and asked to deposit about Rs 2800/- while my actual dues were not more than Rs. 1200/- for entire
billilng cycle of a month. they told me that they will send executive to collect the money, but they did
not send.
3. after 10 days I received bill in which they demanded rental charges for 2 months in which there were
advance for 1 month, when I asked whether it is as per TRAI guidelines, they could not answer
satisfactorly but told to activate services after payment of Rs. 2120/- in full which included advance
rental+taxes for next comming month.
4. GPRS plan opted is a unlimited usage plan of Rs. 899/- per month rental and no other usage charges
but Vodafone people diduct GPRS usage charges (which is not to be charged in actul) also from set
limit to me and it resstricts me to use GPRS sevices and avail this sevice in full benefits.

As per plan my GPRS bill will never be more than Rs.899/- and my credit lmit is Rs.2400/- per month,
it means I may be asked to pay in between if my phone call carges exceed Rs. 1501/[protected]
during a billing cycle of current period so that i can use my GPRS services in full. Further I should not
be charged any thing in advance as it is a postpaid plan.
