Airtel — Bitter Experience with Airtel Broadband[protected] | |||
All, I am sharing my bitter experience with Airtel Land line and BB connection. I had applied for LL/BB connection in January 13 by paying 6 months advance rental of 5250/- and after a month Airtel generated one bill for 5900/-odd and disconnected my LL/BB connection for non payment. I had tough time making even higher level people understand - how can it will be non payment when I am made the 6 months advance rental. Customer Care guys, Gosh! Now every day they are harassing for bill payment. I surrendered my airtel mobile connection as well for Airtel's such pathetic behaviour. Cheers Rathna Was this information helpful? | |||
