[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — Airtel Agent being abusive when asked for the status | |||
My name is Mohamed Haneef (Mobile: [protected]/[protected]). I have applied for the airtel broadband connection recently, paid the money and waiting for the broadband connection to be installed at my home from past 10 days. I have been calling the Sales agent Mahesh (Mobile: [protected]) even since I have given my application and he has been giving some fake stories and not giving the correct status. Many a times, the technician will call me and say he will in 1 hour to install a connection but he will never come. Today I called Airtel Agent Magesh's phone, checking for the status. The representative in place of Mahesh was very abusive and shouted at me in a bad manner. (Why the [censored] do you keep calling me again and again he asks). I am completely dissatisfied with the service and more over the behaviour of the Airtel agent to the customer. Why would I even call him when I am not expecting a service from him? Is it not his duty to call and provide an update. I have been a customer of Airtel from past 4 years and have enjoyed the service. Having such agents to represent such a noble company creates a bad image on the market leader. I kindly request the concerned authourity to take the right action for the indecent behaviour of the representative.
