Hello Sir/Madam


[My request to Stop stop stop closing my cancellation request with fake reasons]

Few months back i put a complain regarding Airtel in this forum.

i made the biggest mistake of my life by choosing Airtel again.

(For service and quality purpose you guys record the conversation, so please refer to that if possible and not trusting all those good(false) comment and remark your guys put against a complain number when some body give you a call)


My land line number is[protected].


1]SR Number[protected]shifting Req by me) (1st may to 6th may)

On 1st may i raised this request for shifting(within the same zip code, not even to a different city). They told me it will take 6 days so by 6th 8.30PM i ll be able to use my connection. Then after 3rd of may i called them to follow what was the progress. They didn't provide me any info, but promised me it will not cross the dead line. And this continues till 6th 8.30PM till then i called them as many as 6 times.

but the customer care people only know few line which they repeat n numbers of time.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
Reminding you about their dead line/SLA.{its like don't you dare call us again before this deadline}
we are putting this on high priority.{which they never do}.
we ll arrange a call from my manager/concerned team in next 2 hours.{which you ll never get}

Later i found out that there is some technical issue from their end (some RSU Mismatch), so they are hiding the truth.

So on 7th from their side they re-raise this request.The very next day a guy came to my place. He checked some stuff here and there and told me that there is a technical fault from their side (RSU mismatch again) and he left. i have my office work pending so i thought of canceling airtel and switch to some other service (which i already did yesterday.)

3]SR Number[protected]Cancellation request) (7th may to 14th may)

So i put a cancellation request. The very next day a someone called me from airtel [[protected]] and asked me about the cancellation and convinced me that they will give me connection that day itself i e 9th of may. They anathor guy called me from some other number [[protected]] and he also told me the same thing to give me connection by EOD and close my cancellation request.

But nobody showed up till the evening, so i called the customer care. i came to know that guy close my cancellation request mentioning i was agreed for a 48 hr shifting time. i was so irritated.( Contd in next SR Number)

4]SR Number[protected] [i raised it for cancellation but i don't know what is this ]

So i told the guy to connect me to your manager. i told the manager to again raise a cancellation request The manager give me this request number saying sir this is your final cancellation request. which i later found was not even a cancellation request.

5]SR Number[protected]

Again a guy called me from airtel[[protected]]. Asking me if i want to continued airtel. i said no no no. So he raise this cancellation number and told me the previous number was not a cancellation request. He again told me sir this is your final cancellation request.


i started to loose my patient.

6]SR Number[protected]

Again today morning i got a sms with this reference number. i was not sure what this is about so i called who else , the customer care and inquired about this to found out that it is a shifting request i raised yesterday. For god shake stop lying.

and he again game me a new request number Saying it will be the final cancellation number.
i.e SR Number[protected]

So moral of the story i ll keep raising the cancellation request and you guys keep closing my cancellation request for fake reasons and putting false/fake remark against all those above request.


i didn't mention all conversation here , only putting a summery here.
you guys really torture your customer.

After going through all this i ll not use any Airtel product till i am alive. Even i am thinking of not using any product which names started with a "A". Coz i never experienced a product this bad honestly.


Please cancel my my connection ASAP.
