Airtel Broadband And Fixed Line — Disconnect pending since last 3 months of old number and number got shifted | |||
I was using Airtel broadband connection in Delhi whose number was[protected]. I have shifted from Delhi to Gurgaon on 1st December. So have raised the disconnection request on 28th November and have paid bill on 4th December. But airtel shifted my connection from Delhi to Gurgaon on 18th December with new number[protected], Now I am using this since last 3 months and continuously paying the bill of Gurgaon number. Now I have seen that they have not disconnected the old number of Delhi even though it is shifting process. How is it possible to have one person shifted to other location and still using the old one? If it is shifting the older number should automatically gets disconnected. Now I am getting call from Airtel to pay remaining bills of old delhi number. I have asked to Customer care, they told that there is no usage of Delhi number since Dec 2010. So I am not using this Delhi number and using Gurgaon number and paying bills here, so why not Airtel is looking into that and why are they irritating me? I am frustated with services of Airtel. This is fault with people over there. I have not expected such kind of thing from a giant organization. Was this information helpful? | |||
