[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — Charged online for new connection without actual connection even after above 1 month | |||
Hi, Airtel broadband has charged Rs 500/- online for new broadband connection in Bangalore (details below) claiming that if the connection is not feasible or Airtel fails to connect within 3 working days, money would be refunded. It's about 1 month (32 days) and I am yet to get the new connection or the money refunded on my account. I have tried reaching Customer care, Airtel escalation matrix, etc with false promises and wierd reasons. I was trying of a private operator expecting to be a better service but this incident completely changed my opinion. Below are the details of my application: 1. application number ONBANGA00000585 on 14th May 2011 2. Transaction Reference number:[protected] 3. Installation address: Bearing no 12, 2nd floor, 1st cross, Gundappa Layout, Byrasandra, C V RamanNagar, Bangalore - 560093 . I have all the terms and conditions, filled forms, conversation with customer care executive and excalation matrix with Airtel stored with me as the prove (if required be).
