[Resolved]  Airtel Broadband — Charged online for new connection without actual connection even after above 1 month

Hi,
Airtel broadband has charged Rs 500/- online for new broadband connection in Bangalore (details below) claiming that if the connection is not feasible or Airtel fails to connect within 3 working days, money would be refunded. It's about 1 month (32 days) and I am yet to get the new connection or the money refunded on my account. I have tried reaching Customer care, Airtel escalation matrix, etc with false promises and wierd reasons.

I was trying of a private operator expecting to be a better service but this incident completely changed my opinion.

Below are the details of my application:
1. application number ONBANGA00000585 on 14th May 2011
2. Transaction Reference number:[protected]
3. Installation address: Bearing no 12, 2nd floor, 1st cross, Gundappa Layout, Byrasandra, C V RamanNagar, Bangalore - 560093 .

I have all the terms and conditions, filled forms, conversation with customer care executive and excalation matrix with Airtel stored with me as the prove (if required be). Please do revert back at [protected]@yahoo.co.in if you do need any clarifications/more information.
