Airtel Broadband Connection — Internet Cancellation Confirmation not rec'd. Receiving bills even after cancellation | |||
Respected Sir/Madam: I, Ranjit Chandrasekharan, was using Airtel Broadband Connection (Landline No:[protected] for quite some time now. A few months back, I requested for cancellation and after a lot of effort I got the customer care executive to take down my request and process the cancellation request. Whereupon I cleared all the dues and was awaiting for the executive to come and collect the equipment from home. However, nobody came and I till now haven't got a confirmation letter from Airtel. Instead, I got an sms in my register mobile no: [protected] stating that I need to pay Rs. 178.00 towards bill for last month. I would like to lodge a formal complaint towards lack of confirmation for Airtel regarding my cancellation and I am afraid I will have to suffer the same fate as one of my friends who got a shocking legal notice threat after six or seven months of requesting for cancellation.
