Airtel Broadband — Airtel Broadband Connectivity

Dear Sir/Madam
Inspite of countless requests and escalation of complaints at various senior levels DURING LAST 2 YEARS, Airtel has not provided its Broadband connectivity to our building complex situated at Supertech Rameshwar Orchids, H-1, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad-201010 (UP). They have always tried to make an excuse that the builder is not allowing this connectivity. We have now resolved this problem and the builder has confirmed before the police that it has no objection of any nature to Airtel boradband connectivity to the building. Inspite of this clarification, Airtel has failed to act.
Can someone responsible now contact me and commence the installation of connections?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Sivakumar from Chennai, i have applied Airtel Broadband connection for last Thursday[protected] the form number is 938089 that person was told me within two days will connecting your system.
But right now still not connecting 19 days past (i spoke to that person 10 times some time he switch off his phone) i don't know why take so long please do it or refund that money

Can you look into my complaint number 43940434 ?
I do not have broadband service working for me.

No body from Airtel complaints 198/[protected]/121.airtel.in is able to resolve this issue.
Pl anyone here guide me how can i escalate this?

Subject: Complaint on Broadband services and staff at airtel - Land line number [protected]

Hi,

I have got airtel broadband connection for past 2months, landline
number [protected] .
I am shocked and surprise of the broadband services provided by airtel
with frequent disconnection of broadband and landline signal form the
day one to till date i got this connection .

I have registered various complaints from the day i got this
connection.This was fixed temporarily for that time.
During the past few days i have logged many complaints almost every
day but till today no service engineer visited my home neither anyone
bothered to call me and find if my issue is resolved or still
persists.
I am sure if any lapse in payment from a customer is found by you, service provider will suck the blood of the customer till he pay back
the outstanding.I want to question you, is this not the
responsibility of service provider to see what is the latest status of
the customer after the complaint logged?
I am surprised to see this kind of service from one of the leading
service provider in India to have this kind of miserable staff with
them that too in city like Bangalore IT HUB, i am afraid what would be
the kind of service in district/town /village?

This issue is not fixed till date.
I have done few escalations also and requested to restore the services.
I am incurring a huge loss in by business day to day because of this issue.

Please take my request to escalate against the culprits of the staff
responsible for this inconvenience caused to me and see that is issue
is fixed ASAP.

And also wave off my rental paid till date .

I might have to publish/proceed this issue in every legal manner, if i
am not finding a appropriate response from airtel on the issue.

Hi Deepak,

This issue is not resolved so far though you have mentioned this will
addressed by 10-MAR-2011 09:15 AM, i did not receive any call from
your technical team till now.

Look into this ASAP.
