for more than one week broadband not working

Sir, My Airtel broadband is not working for the last one week. I have lodged so many complaints regarding faulty,inefficent poor service of airtel. I also requested concerned 198 complaint executives but to not invail. Even i requested them if they cannt provide efficent service than kindly disconnect my service so that i could avail services of other provider but they are not listening my request. what to do now?
