[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — Internet Connection | |||
Hi, I applied for the new Internet broadband connection with all the documents to the airtel executive on May 06, 2012. But till now I hadn't get the installation of broadband connection at my location. When I called to the customer care against service request no. 15630630 then they told me your request get cancelled then when I told them why this request get cancelled then they told me no such pear available in that location but this not true. Because on the same day I cancelled one of the Internet connection from that location. I mentioned all these details to customer care as well as the one of the installation person who contact me. My old Number which was cancelled to that location is[protected]. One thing customer care executive told me that he is execuing a call back facility for me on May 15, 2012 in between 8:00 Am to 9:00 AM but I hadn't received any call from the service provider. I have an airtel internet of 15gb. My billing date is on the 5th of every month. But for the past 2 months ie July and August I have been getting messages by the 10th of the month telling me my usage is over. It is highly impossible that I used up 15gb in 5 days. I have never had this problem before. I have met many people who have complained to me about the same problem.The customer care service is very poor. I hope this issue can be sorted out soon.
