Airtel — Dismal customer service | |
Hi, Its been more than 50 days that i ve been calling regarding a problem with my Airtel no. [protected]. It is a youth pack with local msg charge at 25 paisa/160 characters and calling charge at 10p/min to any airtel no. Almost 50 days back i was charged more for the same and whn i called up te cust care i was told that the plan has been deactivated but they did not have any reason for the same. Since then i ve called the customer care many a times and most of the time the call is being disconnected for the want of any answer. I called up almost a week back for the last time to confirm the status, some Vicky picked up the call, put it on hold for almost 5 minutes and then disconnected the call. Its really sad. I want to use this no and i am with Airtel since 2005 but it seems that Airtel is no good its loyal customers too. I am hoping for a resolution soon. Regards, Pankaj Contact no.
