myself, a postpaid costumer of Airtel since I use mobile. This time I am unhappy much with my billing which shows 2 ISD calls. I have neither activated ISD system nor I have made this call. So, I request u to intervene in this matter and to send my call details alongwith the details of my activation of ISD(When activated, who paid the activating dues etc.) or else I have to take legal action alongwith disconnection. Sir previously i had a post paid connection in the number [protected] due to some virus problems in sim card i have changed the number during the month of Feb-009. Before getting the new connection i have paid all the outstanding balances and confirmed the same with local AIRTEL office that my balance outstanding is nil. But I have received a bill from your office that there is an outstanding of Rs.816.69 and they have disconnected the out going facility in to my present number. I am really sorry to inform u that I am a Airtel customer for the past8 years and i have not received such kind of treatment from u for past years. I request u to kindly contact your cuddalore airtel office and confirm the status of the balance due for the number [protected] and arrange to give back outgoing facility to my present number[protected].
I hope you will give cent percent coopration to ur customer .
