Airtel — Friendz Chat
I recieved a message from Airtel about friendz chat. I decided to know more about that, so I called a number '5432160' which was given by airtel.
When I called that number they provided two option: Option '1' to know more about friendz chat and Option '2' to log in.
I pressed the option '1' and i hired a recorded voice. After 80 seconds I disconnected the call.
After three hours I got a message from Airtel indicating that I have subscribed for friendz chat also they have deducted Rs 30/- from my account.
Without any proper guidance and without any confirmation from me, they have cheated me.
Dont know for how many of customers they did this.
When I called customer care, I did not get satisfactory answer. Now what should I do?
