I am using Airtel prepaid. My no. is 9840343597. I am getting unwanted cricket messages and I am charged for it. I called their customer service. They promised to stop those messages, but even after 2 months they have still not done that. I tried calling the customer service but they are not reachable. Please do something to stop those annoying messages and get them to refund the money they have been charging for it.

Airtel and Vodaphone are bad providers.
I also got SPAM from 56363 and other numbers.
So far Idea is the best provider I found.
