[Resolved] Airtel — Non activation of prepaid sim card | |
To, Airlet. Pune-Maharashtra. Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased a prepaid sim card of airtel before 10 days from pune, after and upto verification of the same from airtel, it was activated but now it has suddenly deactivated and I am facing problem as I am not in pune, went outside for my company work and will be back in pune after 15 days. Airtel has blocked my sim and given computerised message to contact to their customer care but from this sim this service is also not valid and unable to contact customer care also from said sim number. The said service I am not able to utilised and also very much upset by your action. You are requested to start the same immediatly within a hour a discontinue it, In future I will never go for airtel and also I will suggest my company/frinde for not to go for airtel service. I had purchased prepaid simple card on 24 March 2015 from airtel mini store located in karo the, Navi Mumbai but since 7 days the number has not been activated.

I have applied for an airtel prepaid connection and received a sim with number[protected]H1 at Misamari, Assam with a commitment from the airtel that the sim will be activated within 72 hours. But till now its still inactive.. When I check with dealer, they attribute the delay to policy change and keep saying its under process. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful
