[Resolved]  Airtel — Cancel my airtel postpaid connection

Hi sir,

I have been using airtel post paid connection till dec 2008, as i planned to move to u.S.A, i requested to cancel my connection in airtel customer care center( indira nagar, bangalore) on 11 on dec 2008, but it was not canceled and i was receiving bills and i could see that the connection is still in active state. I raised a complaint about this on 3 of feb 2009, to the customer care center, somebody named sathish from cancellation department told me that it would be canceled within 24 hrs. On 12 march 2009 i saw that it was still active, so i called up the customer care on the same day, they told me to clear the outstanding, which i was not at all using still i cleared on the same day through online payment and the call was transferred to same person satish from cancellation department, he regretted for the inconvenience and again told that he would ask the concern department to cancel it and he assured that it would be cancelled within 24 hrs. It was deactivated the next day, however i could see it active state now on 24th of march. Now i am staying in nashua u.S.A and i will not be able to use the sim card nor talk to the customer care, i kindly request you to cancel my airtel postpaid connection immediately.

Please help me out in this regards. It has been very frustrating for me to go over this.

Consider this as my authorization to cancel my connection and please cancel my connection immediately and deactivate my sim card.

Airtel Prepaid Card — termination of connection.

I Want to deactivate Amazing India service powered by Nazara for my airtel prepaid number ([protected]).I have even called airtel customer care number 198 for many times but they are not answering me.Please deactivate it as soon as possible as they are charging me Rs.10/week and they have been charging me from 2 weeks.

airtel/postpaid — Deactivated my active connection

I am Santosh Patil i have taken airtell Post paid connection on 2nd of march 09 and yesterday(I.e 25th march ) they have deactivated my number. I was calling to customer care from 5pm (I.e on 25th march ) as up now it is not activated.

AirTel — Complaint for postpaid connection cancellation

Dt.08/05/2009.
I have close my post paid connection as on 06/12/2008 from maninnagar airtel customer center(near l.g. corner) with all dues.(cash payment receipt no.29271 DT.06/12/08.) I have also card cancellation receipt.(receipt no.A005482) but company have not fufill their duties still toady. They have reactivated my card and send me the bill at my billing address.now also started a phone calls from customer executive and force me to paid the bill as soon as possible.

As you know, my father was expired on 09/07/09. As per our customs since beginning to the 16th day, there should be a function to be carried out and every family members should be present on that occassion. Final rites would be conducted on 25/07/09. I request your goodself to kindly allow me leave upto 29th July, 09. I also would like to inform you that in case of any emergency, i shall be able to reach there immediately. But I will be greateful to you if you can allow me leave upto 29/07/09 to enable me to attend all the functions conveniently.

Kindly confirm immediately so that i can arrange my air ticket accordingly

Airtel — prepaid card cancled

i have airtel prepaid number, this prepaid sim number was not working, wye because, one aplication was submited, that is changing from prepaid to post paid card,
this is not changed,
plz, send that problem

i m ur postpaid customer who had lost his usb modem few days ago how so ever i got my duplicate sim.i have my connection of gurgaon.now i am in banglore and since last 20 days i m running from 1 store to another for usb.and ur agents r denying 4m giving it.

i cud not understand the reason..wat kind of services ur r providing to ur customer jst ponder over it
