[Resolved]  Airtel — Misguided Information and Negligence of Customer service

This is with reference to my mobile no [protected].( This is a 9year old connection. )

I has this individual connection and when I came to know that my company HCL has a corporate plan toe plan with Airtel.
I had a send a mail to Airtel inquiring about the documents and method of documents submition in April.
I got a mail from Airtel that three documents were required: Salary slip, Company icard copy and employment letter from HCL in April.

Please find mail below from Airtel service center which states that I can send the documents on email to get the service activated.
It was mentioned in the email that all documents need to be send to Airtel at 121 email id in PDF format and only email would suffice ( This email is attached below by shankar Sathyanarayanan ) .
When I send these documents for conversion, the plan was converted.

Now Airtel has disconnected my connection after 1.5 months and the reason given to me by customer care is that the documents were not submitted .
Now I am being asked to go to service center for corporate connection.
Neither the customer service outlet, nor customer service nor their Nodal officer, no one respond to my query.

What I don't understand is that if my documents on email was not enopugh then why was the no converted into corporate. And if documents were enough, then why am I harrassed now?

Why was such a misleading mail send to me ad now I am being harrasssed by deactivating my no. without any information. Is the written email has no santity from Airtel?
I have contacted Airtel officer at HCL, Airtel service center, Airtel service center, but no one is able to help me.
