[Resolved]  Airtel — Sim blocked because of PUK code

I had tried lots of time to get my puk code, bcoz my sim pin 2 is blocked .. but everytime unable to get from CCE . They always put on hold nd after few min no reply... pls help me i want to reuse my no.

I have activated MCI service for getting no distabance calls from aritel. It was OK, I am not getting calls from airtel after 45 days as told by the customer service person.

Hi Guys,

If your sim gets blocked dont panic, its very simple to activate. From any other mobile just type PUK Mobile number to 121. Immediately they will send you the puk number. After entering the puk number it will ask you for pin number which will be 0000.

My prepaid number [protected] has got disconnected. Somebody from airtel do the checking regarding residence. That checking is also telephonic. My wife refused to give details as she didn't recognize the person and also it’s not sure that the person is from airtel only. They told me to resubmit my documents. As I resubmitted my documents they are saying you have submitted the documents after before 10 days. Now they permanently disconnected my number and not even refunding my money or giving some other option.

My office hours are of normally 10 to 12 hours.

1. Is it right to Permanently Disconnect the number after activating it. The documents check regarding residence should be done before activating the number.
2. Is it right to Permanently Disconnect the number after giving the time span of only 10 days.
3. They can send their executives to collect the documents that as they did when you want to take a new connection.
