[Resolved] Airtel — Name transfer not done for more than 2 years | |
I have a spouse connection([protected]) for which I have given a TOC and have submitted all required documents in FEB 2006 and till date it is not updated.(I would have resubmitted alteast 6 times in different ARC's as requested by Airtel CC Managers) In the last three years I have requested the same whenever some official calls me from Airtel call center. Each and every time when I stop my payment Airtel collection manager promises that the same will be done.But all in vain. I have stopped my payment and my number is in PD status for last 20 days, Over and above collection agency usess abusive languages for payment, in my case lets understand that the mistake is not from my end. In the last three years cos of some lethargic person in AIRTEL my wife is unable to submit her bills to her company for reimbursement. I have written to the CEO of TN circle on 16th June 2009 and its August end now and no one is interested to resolve the issue.
