[Resolved]  Airtel — DEACTIVATION OF 40P,65P CALL PLAN AND STOP DEDUCTING Rs.1.50 DAILY ON [protected].

As per information collected from AIRTEL site and outlet,when we purchase a new Airtel connection and recharge it with any amount,outgoing call rate 40p A2A and 65p A2other mob.implemented automatically without free of cost for 30days.After 30 days this plan will continue in lieu of deducting Rs.1.50 daily.
However, according Airtel it is optional.If a consumer likes to stop deduction of Rs.1.50,he/she should send SMS UNSTARIFF to 121 and outgoing call rate will be Rs.1.00 in that case.
I have sent e-mail to [protected]@airtelindia.com on 05/09/2009 and 28/09/2009 and SMS UNSTARIFF to121.NO satisfactory reply been received from their end.I have been insisted on recharging with new plan.I think nobody is there in Airtel to solve problems of consumer.I never experience such a treatment before.
