i have applied for registration for my account on airtel postpaid by using prasnna_joshi as login id. they sent me a password via sms on my mobile but when i want to login again they dispalyed the message that registration failed due to mismatch of loginid & password |

From past more than 1 month, I had been facing problem of wrongly deduction of balance for GPRS MO .Instead of 14.99 the balance that was deducted is Rs. 30 per day and on 25th Aug -2008 it was deducted Rs. 45 per day .Despite repeated complain and request to customer service still my problem is not resolved. My number is 9967391532 .haven’t got all the refund .Currently I was forced to unsubscribe for GPRS MO because of the torture of and pathetic service and the way my balances are getting deducted .Again On 29-6-2008 my balance was reduced from Rs 643.51 to Rs.133.85 without using for any service .
From 29 -8- 2008 I am unable to call online customer service department. Despite repeated request and complain by sending sms and also complaining 4rm your airtel gallery still I am unable to speak to online service .Can you imagine how inconvenience and torture it is when I am facing any technical problem for GPRS MO and others like wrong deduction of balance every time I had to visit your Airtel gallery which is extremely inconvenient.
I want back my all wrongly deducted balance back and also online customer care service connection .

this is kannan from kovilpatti. i have postpaid connection with your airtel. my mobile no is 9789772702. i got this connection from kovilpatti.i have login ID and password with your aitel website. yet i am not received item vice EBILL for month of august, this is the problem now. due to this problem iam facing more problem with my office because i want submit my airtel bill at every month. iam not satisfied with your airtel customer service. i need my airtel bill for august month. i called 20 times to 121 customer service everybody is telling with in 10 min you will get your ebill throuh to your mail but everybody cheating me. i need my august month item vice airtel bill to my mail id urgently.
kind information for airtel officers, please dont cheat your customer.

My mobile has been lost with SIM card . My mobile number is 09950460088. It is prepaid connection but it has validity till Jan. 2009. So please stop the incoming & outgoing facility of the same number.

dear sir .
i am disagree wiyh your bill because as you send my airtel bill in which the payment shows is very large .i am not use the phone by which this much bill may come .one on dated 17-09-08 my bill was Rs639 but on the next day it shown Rs750 in the duration of one day i make only four call of 5 to10 minutes .there is so many mistakes made by your bill so please give me whole details of my bill neither you can cut my connection of phone

I recd my last bill by e, mail in which I was charged extra.I am dailing the customer care but no one is availble for the last 18 hours, and the customer care is the worst in all company .
