[Resolved]  Airtel — Number barred on 121 call center

Hi,

2 months back i was the one who appreciated airtel for their prompt service on 121. now all of a sudden i feel they have barred my number on 121, as i call 121 and press 9 to speak to customer care my phone is disconnected. for last 2 weeks i am trying but all in no vain. I tried to email 121 and they replied with appology but still there was no action taken. i am tired of calling them for i need to know why my mobile gprs is not working on my laptop. The mobile office was working fine earlier now the there is 'error 734 PPP link error' something. Now I just want to get their help. I am unnecssary paying for the service.

Is there anything on my part that I can do.
