[Resolved]  Airtel — network, customer care Applleate authority

Dear Sir,

this is the second complaint to the consumer forum about my network & service problems i have Send mails to Appellate authority about the misbehavior of the people of customer care 121 and people at lobby of airtel head office at Hyderabad Says that who pays Rs 10,000 payee customers only get service regarding this i have complained to appellate authority through phone & mails but nobody responded since august 27 2009 and if i call them their answer is we will give feedback in 3months time but as per TRAI they have to respond in 7 working days.

Are Appellate authority & customer care departments working on behalf of customer care or AIRTEL if it is So it must be AIRTEL Care Not Customer care pls suggest me regarding this
