Airtel — cheating the customer with seasonal offcer

Dated 5th December,2009

I am a owner of a mobile Phone No.[protected] of AIRTEL since 2004 till date. I purchased a pakage of Ramzan offer on 14/11/2009 for Rs.786. I was told that the offer is for a complete period of exhausting the amount. To my surprise the offer was discontinued on 13th October, 2009 saying that the validity date is expired. I used for Rs.4,00/- and odd up to 13th october,2009 and the balance amount about Rs.300 and odd was taken away by the service provider called AIRTEL saying that the validity date is expired.
It is a complete cheating on a customer and I want the company to reimburse the unutilized amount on the above said package immediately.
