i recharged following ,

Exact amount of recharge Rs77.A2A CALLS(STD+LOCAL)@50P MIN.OTHER(STD+LOCAL)@60P .MIN for 3 months
Exact date and time of recharge 15.09.09. 04:05:06PM
Exact transaction ID[protected]
after a month
.the message came on 15/10/09 saying
FULL TALK TIME ON RCHG WITH RS.77+1YR VALIDITY.TRFF BNFT IMEDTLY.A2A CALLS(STD+LOCAL)@50P MIN.OTHER(STD+LOCAL)@60P .MIN.CALL 12131(FREE)

I RECHARGED RS.77.SAME DAY. for extending to 1 yr.after giving frequent complaint & enqury they refusing this inf &
now the operator chrging local Rs.1re/min& StD Rs.1.50/min.saying ur plan is this.whicj i never chosen even my prior plan is below.
but prior to this (15/09/09)my plan was ,i recharged RS 198 on 17/07/09 iD:[protected] this scheme is all STD & LOCAL 0.5p for 1 year.
i kindly request to take action against operator to retreive my plan local & std 0.5P scheme.&not to be done other customers
