[Resolved] Airtel — SMS Pack is not activated. | |
Hello Team, I am Vinayak Unhale & I am Airtel mobile customer since 1.5years. My mobile No. [protected]. I paid Rs. 67 and E-recharged at 11.52am on 16 jan 2010 and recharge was successful to activitate SMS Pack .E-recharge trans ID is [protected].But no sms pack is still activated.When i contact to customer care they told me to do the recharge of Rs10 then still the problem persist.Then I again make contact to customer care & then after they logged my complent Doc.No.[protected].After a long time when i am triying to contact costomer care Airtel Customer care didn't receive my call. when i triying to contact from other airtel mobile no.their excutive disconnected phone while i told my mobile no. Due to such kind responce towards me(customer)by paying a money to service provider i am getting mentally frastuated & worried,Later on they will deduct my balance without reason and not give any responce from their end. For that purpose i am taking help of CONSUMER COMPLAINTS & I am sure I will get positive reply As soon as from your end. Was this information helpful? | |
