Airtel/Blackberry — no refund of deposits

We /cancelled/terminated the Blackberry prepaid phone nr. [protected] connection and gave the letter on 1st weak of March 2008 in Bharti airtel office, PN road, Tiruppur. In that outlet they told you will get your deposit within 60 days. But not received. we went back to them after 70 days severeal times and asked them, they replied you will get it by 3 days, 4days, 1 weak etc and it is going on still now but not received the deposit refunds about Rs. 8, 000.Finaly last weak we called the customer care person from the same outlet . they told within one or two days you will get the cheque, also they booked a complaint regarding this with complaint number. 16971041 .One weak after this also we have not received the deposit refunds.

We don't know How to get these deposit amount from Airtel????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????... what way we can get back these deposit refund of Rs.8, 000 from Airtel????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????...

pls give us a reply / Answer for this????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????...

Airtel — Harrasing customer saying documents not submitted for Mobile connection

Hi,

I have taken a Airtel mobile connection on 9 or 10 th of Feb, 2010 from Airtel customer relationship center in madhapur, Hyderabad. On that day I have given the necessary documents and photo to get the connection 2 days letter the same Customer relationship center people called me saying I have not submitted the documents and I need resubmit the documents, so I submitted again the documents and photo on 12-march-2010 and got a customer receipt also for the proof, Now on 15-march-2010 these Airtel people send me an SMS saying I have not submitted the documents I need to submit the documents again. These is really harassment of customers, I have taken a lesson in life stay away from this Airtel.

AirTel — mental trauma by giving miss calls

My name is kirpal singh having prepaid mb no [protected]' from Airtel For the last few days i am suffering mental torture fom Airtel's marketing division.on27 /3/10 at11:2 am I got a miscall frm unknown ph no[protected].I dialled back and ,to my surprise it was just a female recoding on the other side and saying mujse dosti karoge etc etc,i cut it off and to my utter horrer I was CHARGED for that callI I was .surprised at seeing this type of money making strategey.I also feel proud and salute that person whose brainchild is this programme and helping Airtel to remain in no 1 slot for profits and connectivity.But my proudnes went avry as I got fooled by them in the same manner the very next day, again, by a look alike telephone no. I sweared not to pay attention to; such type of miscalls. but things are getting out of proportion as I started getting tintilating SMSes from these numbers i also got number of miscalls again and yesterday ie 9 /4/10 it was the limit I got miscall at 2.54 AM . PLEASE PLEASE HELP
my dear vinay ji now i am fed up o[censored]r system working.kindly tell me who on earth has authorized u to cut my 30 rs for so called movie listining service . I never approached ur co. for this bloody service .I always got ur co;s sms that such and such movies are there in my account please listen i always ignore them but on 29 .5.10 i got sms that such service is renewed for 30 days for rs 30 .from this sms i come to know that u have enrolled me in this plan way back & that too without informing me .same is the case of job alert also i am also geeting sms for that. I dont know wheather u have subscribed me for that also. MR CHUGH CAN U TELL ME IS AIRTEL IS GOING TO BE BANKRUPT SOON AND UR TRYING TO SAVE IT IN THIS FRAUDLENT MANNER.What reputation u and ur co want to earn in this way.I am waiting for the day when i can switch over to some other co without changing my number

I have logged a complaint against a number which is [protected] which is throughing missed calls on many numbers and by mistake when people see the missed call and call from the landline or different mobile they by mistake dial on [protected] .. I am getting 10 calls daily .. I have logged no of complaints againsts on the same issue .. but no solution has been given since last 4- 5 months .. I am getting calls from the Airtel executives and they dont have any understanding of the issue still . See the below mail they are telling me to give Rs 254 for the other sim ..

What a Beautiful Solution .. Airtel Management Can U please intervene .

lot of missed calls goes to different people in a day and when they dail no

I have called your call centre hundred of times and no body took any action .I
tried to escalate this matter to next level but everytime I get the response
senior member is busy or some vague answer .



I tried to disconnect the service but I got response that your problem will be
resolved soon . which did not happened since last 5 months

हमारे फोन के 50 पैसे ले कर भी हमारे फोन उठने में तकलीफ महसूस कर रहे
है.सरकारी विभाग की तरह व्यव्हार कर आरहे है. मै अपना नम्बर portibality में
कन्वेर्ड करने से पहले आप को सूचित करना व्यव्हार संगत समझ रहा था.आपकी कंपनी
से निम्न लिखित शिकायत है.


01. आप के उपभोक्ता अधिकारी मेरा फोन उठाने में शर्म महसूस कर रहे है, जबकि
इसके चार्ज 50 पैसे /तीन मिनट के दे रहा हु.

02.पहले messege के 1 रूपये देने के बाद बाकि का 100 messege free होने के
मेसेज आप की कंपनी द्वारा आने के बाद भी मेरे / messege के 1 रूपये की दर से
काट लिया जा रहे है.

03.मुझे बिना बताये मेरे फोन पर रामायण चालू कर दिया गयाऔर रोज के 2 रुपये मेरे
मेन balence से काट लिया जाता था, प्रतिनिधि से बात करने पर वो खुद ही अनभिज्ञ
थे उन्हें मालूम ही नहीं क्या हो रहा है?
04.श्रीमान जी, पिछले एक महीने से आप की कम्पनी मुझे परेशान कर रही है कस्टमर, आज मुझे बिना बताये मेरे फ़ोन पर live t.v चालू करदिया गया और ३० रूपये काट लिए .
मैंने complain भी किया था जिसका कोई जवाब नही दिया गया ..27/04/2011 को मै चला कर जब ऑफिस गया तो उन्होंने झूठा आश्वाशन दिया मजबूरन ये mail करना पड़ रहा मेरा शिकायत नंबर[protected] है..
ये मेरा अंतिम प्रयास है.इसके बाद मै उपभोक्ता मंच में जाऊंगा और ऐसे फ्रौड के लिए याचिका दायर करूँगा ..

In my area network is very big issue, as this matter I had discussed with customer care minimum 30 times in last 6 month.

But your peoples are taking things very lightly.

they are spammers so they will act like anything for money. they are saving thousands of money everyday from Indian people.
