I have taken a air tel post paid connection (9766613652) one and half year before .Bill of Oct 2009 i given a HDFC BANK cheque for bill payment at 6 Nov 2009 RS 400/- at pimpri air tel relationship center but they misplace cheque.when i got collection calls that time enquired to 121 your officer said your cheque is bounced and giving reference of this cheque at JAIPUR BANK .they are unable to trace about my cheque .and collection department giving me trouble tor recovery.
In Nov billing period i faced network problem .i also given complaint for net wok but resolution period was very long this period my call duration and bill amount was going high as compare past bill.. in bill call duration showing but it was not useful for me .so why should i pay for same .i also complaint my bill going high because off network problem. for waiver off but executive took complaint for net wok problem .and resolution team called me "sir u r network problem has resolved" but what about bill. and liability.nobody taking responsibility . i also try to nodal officer nobody giving response.
i faced very worst service
TILL DATE ALL ARE GIVING UNSATISFIED ANSWER ...
i hope i get positive reply...otherwise i have to throw this Sim in dustbin
