Please note that I have done wrong recharge amount of Rs.721/- in favour of wrong Customer ID (10digit) with (7digit TR ID) to-day at about 28/06/2014 :02:17 pm. For necessary reversal of the said amount I had send sms to 54325 as detailed below;

BUT EVERY TIME I HAVE RECEIVED THAT TRANSACTION IS SHALL BE EIGHT NO DIGIT. NEITHER I HAVE RECEIVED EIGHT NO TR ID TO MY LAPU SIM NOT FROM MY DISTRIBUTOR POINT. PLEASE SEND ME THE EIGHT NO OF TR ID FOR THE SAME WRONG RECHARGE AMOUNT FOR NECESSARY REVERSAL REQEUST TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE IMMEDIATELY.
