[Resolved]  Airtel — SIM Activation

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a mobile from Subhikha which is having free airtel connection along with it. This was on 11.05.2008. The mobile number given was [protected]. I was been told that within a day the connection will get activated.

Now its almost 2 days still the connection is not been activated. Within these 2 days i have called many times to airtel customer care 121 and each time a get a different reply.

One says that the documents are not submitted other says we are working on it and other says that there is a problem with airtel system

About Porting Mobile Number...

I have Airtel Mobile Number [protected]. I want to change the service provider & want to Port mobile number to Uninor. I have requested porting 3 times till now. But my mobile number is not porting...

Not able to send Message (SMS) from mobile

I applied Micro Sim from Airtel Store and got it on 24-Oct-2014. After receiving that am not able to send any SMS from my mobile and not able to receive SMS. When i call Airtel Customer Care call is getting disconnected automatically.

I lost my SIM card which was of Banglore area, and presently I stay in MUMBAI . After sending repeated mail to [protected]@airtel, they gave the address where I can get my Blore SIM by submitting ID proof xero and photo. Its about 28 hours of getting that SIM still its not activated. I made request to airtel they said to visit again that airtel store as they checked their records and found that there is no SIM change done on my number. Its so poor service they are giving to customer . And it seems Airtel stores are fraud and giving false assurance to customer.Can you pls activate my no.[protected]

Hi, airtel this is my no. [protected] in my area not proper signal can you resolve that issue
In the beginning of airtel services are good. Recently my sim 4G not activated due to IMSI mismatch as per tele conversation, its that stupid things call services and SMS services are active. They said on call many times different reasons, finally said IMSI mismatch. In this regard went to same shop to replace my sim card, they said not possible, goto airtel shop. I went to local airtel shop. They tried but not resolved this issue.

Then went district city airtel office to resolve this regards. Also said another city only possible to get that replacement sim. I went to another district city airtel office to resolve. But, they start again same story send to their higher official approval of airtel. They said 2 days later come and collect. Again 2 days later went to that office, they said no response yet. So, wait for another few days.

What the hell of them doing rubbish business here to do all those staffs are not responding properly to address the issue and resolve that small issue.

What's going on here? Airtel ? Airtel? Only said that advertising only fast service, customer service blobloblo... in the actual its totally different.

I already recharged this number for 84 days internet pack now 60days only left. Who's going to answer about this. I spending this issue more then 10 days 3-4 hours. This is really unfair to the customer. Cheating...
