[Resolved]  Airtel — SIM Activation

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a mobile from Subhikha which is having free airtel connection along with it. This was on 11.05.2008. The mobile number given was [protected]. I was been told that within a day the connection will get activated.

Now its almost 2 days still the connection is not been activated. Within these 2 days i have called many times to airtel customer care 121 and each time a get a different reply.

One says that the documents are not submitted other says we are working on it and other says that there is a problem with airtel system

I have purchased airtel sim from mumbai before three years at that time I have submmited all nescessary doucuments now Iam in khamgaon DIst. buldhana before one week i got a sms for submmiting the documents so Ihave submmited aa documents at khamgaon Airtel gallary but yet my sim outgoing is not activeted my mobile no. is [protected]please help

Airtel — sim disabled suddenly

1. Mob no [protected] stopped functioning 4 days back. Message displayed is - Unregistered SIM.
2.Three times complaints attempted through customer care ( 121 ) on 03 Dec,
3. Calls are being hung up after taking the mobile number and keeping on hold for 10-15 minutes.
Sir,
My Number [protected] is under your service for 3 years and now this number is being deactivated. There was a balance of Rs.206/-. I want to know the reason for deactivation. Now i want you to activate this number or transfer the amount to the my other number ([protected]).

AirTel — Sim activation

I have applied for prepaid to postpaid conversion and accordingly i got a new SIM. But the problem is my new SIM is not yet activated and my old sim still working.

I have Ported from BSNL to Airtel. Airtel provided me with a Sim after getting me filled up the relevant form and submitting the relevant documents. My BSNL service has been deactivated, at the same time my Airtel service is yet to be activated. In short i just dont know how to reach out to my clients resulting in loss of credibility.
To me its a case of running away from a known Devil to a unknown one. I really dont know what to do.
