[Resolved]  Airtel — Bad network

Dear Airtel [protected] I am the user of your network from last 2 and half years...on previous time..it was okay but now from last 10 days..there is a bad signal or network I getting many of my friends those are calling me said why your cell phone is always switch off. Or you always out of network. However I am didn't switch of my cell phone and my cell phone show full network so I want to know you kindly fix this problem or I will change it to join any other company...to take a portability...

I am a user of Airtel Corporate Plan having 30 ps local mobile to mobile and 60 ps mobile to landline. Its a 250 Rental plan. As the rates are low I opted for this plan. But the network is the worst I have seen. I have a no. [protected] and my wife has a Airtel no. [protected]. Both the nos have a problem with network. It is impossible to talk while in a local train. I work at Wadala where the network is poor. My wife is based at Nariman Point which is a proper Mumbai center. Even she faces lots of network problem. Once I took both the mobiles and called from one to the other and I get NUMBER BUSY message. It is really bad. If I can't even get incoming messages then why should I continue to use the network?? I am seeing a gradual change. Airtel users are gradually shifting to Vodafone, BPL and even IDEA which has never comprised on quality service. Airtel it seems, success has gone on its head. Mr. Sunil Mittal is busy attending CNBC workshops and CII meets without seeing what is happening at grassroot level. It wouldn't be a surprise that Airtel would be a history in the near future.

now the airtel has got 10 crore customers in mobile 89 lakh land line customers.the company early earns more than 40 lakh crore ruppeys being an pvt companies . some time reaches more than 70 lakh crore . what they do this amount THEY WASTE ALL INDIANS money by giving advatises starting from local channel to international channels .if these ruppeys goes to GOVT OF INDIA our country can be develop[ed little atleast . while time of sateelite launching the company have not invested even 1paisa
they have rent on indian satellites at too lower cost.indians have thier own govt of indias enterprised BSNL.but indians are loving ont pvt operators .due this 3rd man(PVT)companies are getting profit but not govt of india...indians ruppeys is wasted by companies like anything..congress govt gave permission to start pvt companies to show that it is with & favour of rich persons.remember indians what we get if they get rich india is 3rd largest & poor country in world.pvt companies are putting an big stone to indian govts profit..due to mobile only the sunil mittal taken name in rich persons

im using airtel pripaid number ([protected]) for last 15th month. im facing bad network covrage at home. i have complaint many time to airtel customer care, but does'nt take any action on my complaint.it is only not my problem, my neighbour are also facing same problem. please take immediate action regarding this.
This is in regards to the incompetent network provided by airtel, i have been a customer with airtel right from the time they started in mumbai. My no. is [protected] . over the years the network has dropped i have borne with this for a very long time but enough is enough, every night i loose network and at random times during the day as well, it is not a cell phone problem as i have used different phones to check this as well as different network sims it is only airtel that has a problem.
We live in an Apartment Comples in Marathahalli. We have been complaining to Airtel for the past 2 years that there is no network coverage in the Apartments.

However, Airtel has been promising to resolove this issue, but as usual there is no action from their end, I am presuming that they dont have any interest in resolving this issue.

Whilt this has been going on, they have not defaulted in either sending us their bills even though they are not providing the service thay are to, and are also very prompt in collecting their dues.

This is more than a complaint. Am also advising people who live in Apartment to switch to other service providors whose service is a lot better than AIrtel in Apartments.
my boss was out of station right now he is in mumbai there the network problem so pls do something other all is there

1. I have been facing network problem since last 15 days.While talking on mobile network drops in between the call.One could not talk even for one minute properly.This problem is being faced by other people also in that area.

2. Not only this while talking on mobile with one person line gets cross connected to some other person.This is not accepted at all .

3. When I tried to lodge the complain through my mobile account on the internet then I was facing system error.You have have given option to lodge complain but it does not works.

4. When we call customer service then no option to lodge complain or talk to your executive comes in your menu.Please look into the matter seriously as we have been facing problem since last 15 days.

Hi Sir,
I am a resident of Bhubaneswar residing in Defence colony near Infocity.
Airtel signals here are pathetic.We need to move out of house to make a call and sometimes no signals appear even on roads.

Please look into this and let the airtel service be appreciated.

The network is down for a lang time and there is no response from the customer care support even for a long time period.need better support.
network is very bad...need to improve otherwise i switch to vodafone..
