[Resolved]  Airtel — CUSTOMER CARE

This is Sunil Singhal,my airtel number is [protected].this is with reference to cbdmo [protected], my conversation with ur customer care executive Nand Swaroop.i got my phone recharged as follows
25 may-Rs 50
27 may -two recharges of Rs50 each
28 may -Rs 20
all of these recharges were sucessfulul and i even received the confirmation messages.but a little later each one of them was nullified.on contacting customer service ,ur Nand Swaroop rebuked me and called me a cheater and a liar and accused dat i hadnt got any of these recharges done.he even did not take into account the confirmation messages and clearly refused to lodge a complaint in this regard.people like him are a liability to the company and create suspicion on the goodwill of the company,pls take action against him.

AirTel and Vodafone are both cheats. They are bombarding customers with stupid calls and scams. I think government should revoke their license and give all their customers to BSNL or bar them from content services and appoint a professional company like TCS to monitor and audit their billing.
AIRTEL Has not provided my IPTV connection even after taking the full payment for the same.
Payment date: 21-Feb-2009
Cheque Realization date: 26th Feb 2009.

I have done 2 level above escalation to Mr. Tarun of Airtel
Today: 3rd March 2009. (10 days after making payment).

I still dont have any communication, as to when Airtel is going to install and activate IP TV.

FYI - The sales personnel, and other service personnel are not reachable.

Request you to please help in pushing airtel.

i used only one time Fusion Lounge, jawa game & downlode one game on my mobile.
but Airtel havecharged me Rs.15 three times week by week.i have lost Rs.45 in three weeks.

I came to know on 8th of March, 2009 that my prepaid account has been debited with Rs. 80/-, then with Rs. 50/- on 11th of March, 2009 again with Rs. 30/- on 12th March, 2009. I have been complaining since 8th of March, 2009 with the customer care regularly but there has been no response only that every time it is said that the issue will be resolved with 2 or 3 days but nothing has been done till date. Please help

i have complained so many times that please reduce my credit limit upto 2000.but the refused and told it will not happen.

Sir i am the customer of Airtel.There are two telephone instrument which are setteled in Coxsens auto savers Kaushambi Main road Ghaziabad U.P. At this time these two telephone instrument are not working in the proper way so i want to change this telephone instrument .

Now a days, Response from the airtel prepaid customer care is not at all good they are not valuing customers, they are just putting down the calls when we are asking queries and i think they are not well trained and they took the seat to response to customers this a bloody this is carried over in airtel, . this is a big issue and today i called so many times to customer care they done the same thing . and i thought to book compliant in consumer complaint iam booking this . if they are not suppose to understand the customer needs then why the bloody customer service they are providing and what is the need of that company "AIRTEL" many other services doing the better service compared to airtel. Customer is more important to survice in any buisiness. but the airtel prepaid is recruiting and not providing good services to customers.
