This is Sunil Singhal,my airtel number is [protected].this is with reference to cbdmo [protected], my conversation with ur customer care executive Nand Swaroop.i got my phone recharged as follows 25 may-Rs 50 27 may -two recharges of Rs50 each 28 may -Rs 20 all of these recharges were sucessfulul and i even received the confirmation messages.but a little later each one of them was nullified.on contacting customer service ,ur Nand Swaroop rebuked me and called me a cheater and a liar and accused dat i hadnt got any of these recharges done.he even did not take into account the confirmation messages and clearly refused to lodge a complaint in this regard.people like him are a liability to the company and create suspicion on the goodwill of the company,pls take action against him. This is Arup.I had given a call on The Airtel customer care dept . on 1st July 2012, but no one answered the call.Hence I had to disconnect it.The second time is the call of mine was recieved with an Opening "Sir Aapka problem batyeaga ya nahi".I told my issue that the Free GPRS validity was not showing.The Customer Care Executive answered "Sir isme main kya kar sakta hu".I answered him that when am giving an USSD call on *123*7# the Results comes to the Free Balance but the Validity is not visible.The Customer care executive answered that "Sir naya sim me aisa prob hota hai aap phir se try kare".I answered him that I was trying since past 5 th 6 days the problem is the same & moreover this is not a new sim as am using it since past 2 years & asked to take a Complaint regarding the issue.The Customer Care Executive answered "Sir ye sab ke liye koi Complaint nahi hota".The answer againg given by the customer care executive was "kisne bataya ki ye purana sim hai aap anpe sim ka Activation date batayeh".
My simple question to Airtel Dept. Are these the statement that are taught by the Airtel Trainers or should a Frontline Desk use these sentences.I want a resolution ASAP or in future I will not go for airtel nor will I refer any of my Friends or Family members.

there is no action taken on our complaints on ths no- [protected] from the costumer care, they dont even respons for some times. and the servis provided is also the worst. i want to short out the problem of my enternet servic, and costemer care 24 ours please take immediate action...coz m not satisfid, you should provid a good enterten servic and speed...ur servis is relly vry bad and also costemer officers...

CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ANSWER:Yes sir,of course.now the plans have changed so your sms pack will not get renewed this time then when i recharged my airtel number then it again renewed..
I don't need my money.but please do not support such employers.

I am not happy with the services which iam getting from last three months. When ever i recharge my aitel with the SMS offer 0f 77 i need to call the customer care to get it activated. When i called the customer care today i was transfered to a supervisor named "Satish" who told me that it would take 16 hours to get the SMS pack activated, and he can not help me with the issue. I never faced this issue scince 6 year i have been using the same number. No idea why Airtel is stoping this services where we need to call the customer care and then activate the SMS Pack. If this is the services which i would be getting again i would defenitaly change my sim network.
