when i am switching on my phone with the airtel sim inserted then it is asking for phone lock code.and on the left "ok" is written and on the right "SOS" is written.please help...

I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE COMPALAINT ABOUT YOUR SERVICE.I TAKEN CONNECTION IN MY NAME BUT THAT NO. IS NOT WORKING THIS IS 2ND TIME I GETTING PROBLEM IN YOUR CONNECTION. IST TIME SIM ERROR PROBLEM I GOT. I INFORMED CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME TO GIVE AGAIN IN ADDRESS PROOF AND ID PROOF ALONG WITH RS. 25/- THE SAME DAY I GOT CONNECTION. BUT AFTER 3DAYS AGAIN I GOT SAME PROBLEM NOW I GONE TO AIRTEL SHOWROOM IN CHROMPET NOW THEY TELLING THE LOCKED MY SIM. THE REASON THEY ARE GIVING ADDRESS COULDN'T TRACEBLE. COMPLAIN OFFICER NAME: MR. I NEED PROBER CLARIFICATION AND PROBLEM SHOULD SLOVE IMMEDITELY. I NEED SAME NO. ALREADY I GIVEN THIS NO. TO SOMANY PEOPLE FR MY BUSINESS. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL.
