[Resolved] Airtel — harrasment from customer care | |
hiii... i m ashish agarwal... i m having an airtel number [protected]...my bill was due last month...i have paid my bill through cheque on 16th of august...(ch. no.058210)of rs.451.71..i got a call from an executive on 23rd of august that my cheque has been returned due to in sufficient balance in my bank...i enquired in my bank and i got a cleared balance which was above rs 50000...i asked ur executive to kindly send me my returned cheques witth reason paper which bank send to them...but they told me that they cant return that reason paper to me... without receiving tht paper i cant fight with banks...at present they send me my bill including the charge of rs 100 as cheque bounce charge and a late fees of rs50.. now i m very dissappointed with the way they talk to me...and they asked me to collect my return cheque from there salt lake office...now its not possible for me to go there and to collect that cheque... i m really very with the way you talk and ur services...i cant continue this connection anymore with u people... please send me the reply as soon as posible... i wiil request to kindly send me my return chequ with bank return reason paper...or write off my late fees and cheque return charges... please do the needful as soon as possible to avoid any kind of inconvenience in the near future... i cant pay your bill until i didnt get any feedback... your kind attention and action against this mail will be highly appreciated...i hope for the co-operation towards this mail very soon... thank you..
