[Resolved] Airtel — WORST DATA CARD SERVICE | |||
Hi, This is sivakumar. I purchased an airtel data card before 20 days, Same time i took airtel broadband connection also. both the service was very badly provided with very worst response. the customer care employee placed my call regularly in hold and without any intimation they would cut my call. when i asked for their EMP ID they did'nt provide me, the next case in data card is all of a sudden i got a message as network registration denied. i contacted customer care and asked them to help .they told me to tell the data card sim(mobile) 10 digit number. i couldnt get the number because when i put the sim in the mobile and trying to call to another number it gets me mobile network not available . i told this stage to CC people (Arputha raj and kiran) but they told we cannot help you without 10digit number. i had the sim no and serial no. application no but they told they cant help. am really frustrated with Airtel service and am exhausted completely. they are not ready to help and the network is also very poor. it automatically disconnects. the interest they showed on sales of datacard and broadband is completely missing at the time of technical service. Airtel Company should TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION. Else stress due to this Customer care and airtel people will take me to any mental depression . In case if am depressed and taking any serious actions on myself, the cause and complete responsibilty is AIRTEL. Was this information helpful? | |||
