Subject: Re: FW: [protected] : BALANCE DEDUCTION

Hi team,

I am not sure what really did with Airtel. Whenevr I got up my balance get deducted. Today it was RS. 215.

In the afternoon, I raised this issue and your agent has confimed me that my balance will be returned as i did nt activate any services ( Req # [protected] ).

At 6 PM today, I called customer care to check the status..i got funniest answer stating..u have been charged because you were surffing through airtel gprs. Where as I still have same old MO settings. Your CC agent told me that GPRS recharge is for only download and nt for surffing..... Amazing and shocked. So he asked to recharge it again and even asked me to take MO settings.

Guys...please educate ur team or me. If after every recharge I will have to confirm settings then there is some issue from ur side.

Please advice me what to do now?

Regards,

Amogh Koparde
