[Resolved] Airtel — Closing of complaint without Confirmation | |||
I had complained to Airtel DTH about Signal problem in my Setupbox against Complaint number 18684992. Executive informed us that the visit will cost 100 for which i agrred. the service engineer visited and changed something and the signal started coming. But the received signal was pixaliting and the picture will stuck in between. randomly the screen would go blank. When informed the engineer told that when we keep the box ON for an hour this would be solved. We waiting the whole day and when the problem not resolved, we called up the call centre and came to know that the complaint has been closed. I never confirmed the problem has been resolved. When informed about the problem, they asked me to file new complaint and the visit would be chargable again. When iam paying for the service, how can airtel close the complaint without confirmation from my side? Was this information helpful? | |||

Airtel DTH — Closure of complaint without confirmation from customer
Hi,I have registered a relocation request with Airtel.
There engineer is schedule for today eve.
The great DTH company has closed the complaint stating I requested for re-schedule and hence they closed the request. It is their so called policy.
The complaint number is 19223214.
As per the call center folks they will have to register a new complaint.
Can someone help me understand how they can close the request without completion?
I am very much frustrated and do not understand who is gonna support for Airtel DTH relocation.
Any reference should not be closed without confirmation from customer some TAT.
